to Red's ResourcesEmail me, you fools!

I am providing these fun, colorful, vibrant graphics to the public at no cost whatsoever, even for commercial pages, so here is what I expect of you in return:

Save your own copies for use. You might not pay for your bandwidth, but I now pay for mine. I'm not going to pay for yours, too. Lemme explain the process to you: if you display a graphic stored on this server on a page stored on another server, every time someone views your page, your server has to contact mine to display the graphics. This places a strain on this server which, if it gets out of hand, could cost me extra money. If I have to pay more out of my meager barely employed recent college grad's checking account than I originally anticipated, there'll be no more webgraphics for anyone on this site. If I catch anyone linking to my graphics, I will rename the directory they're found in or delete them altogether, which will result in broken images all over the linker's page! If I'm feeling really vindictive, I'll replace the linked graphic(s) with an ugly little banner that tells all your page visitors that you're robbing bandwidth. So don't link.

Do not alter my graphics except to add text to a blank button or nameplate. If they're not good enough as they are, you don't need to use them. I designed them this way because this is how I intended them to look.

Give me credit! With every set, there is a "Graphics by Red Monster" button to use as a link-back to this page. Do not just put this on your main page, or your acknowledgements or links page, put this on every page you use the graphics on._ I am not a Digital Diva. Hundreds of thousands of people do not know about me. So, if they feel the need to be given credit on the same page, I need it a whole lot more!

Let me know! If you use my graphics, I want to know! Email me the name and URL of your site (and tell me your name if it's different from the one on the email label) so I may see how my creations look on your page!

Don't mix graphic sets. Ugh. Every color and pattern has its own charm, but some were not meant to be seen together. Some were not meant to be seen in the same county. The Fire buttons were meant to be used with the Fire background. *Only* the Fire buttons were meant to be used with the Fire background, and the Fire buttons were meant to be used *only* with the Fire background!

Please use only the graphics in the displayed areas. "Widows and Orphans" and everything below it are open to the public. The turquoise and teal graphics used on this page, the main graphics page, and the Tutorials are not. Sorry, but I prefer to keep a graphics set or three for my own use.

Don't get the Kaleidoscope graphics confused with those found on the rest of Red's Resources. Those are all my work (with the exception of The X-Force Ring Page, which are Ann-S-Thesia's), but they are not intended for public use.

Extra services:

Custom graphics? Eh, I'm kind of new at this whole graphic-design business. I'll let you all know when I have enough skills (and software) to confidently accept requests for custom graphics. In the meantime, I do take suggestions for new sets.

Text-adding. If you don't have a sufficient graphics program, don't have the right font, or can't match up the color, I can be hired to add text to blank buttons and nameplates. Tell me what titles you need in what set, and I will try to have them to you within a few days. This service is $1 per graphic for the first ten graphics, $0.50 per graphic after that.

Buying sets. If you see a set that you really like and want to be the LAST person using it, don't want anyone who comes after you to use it, you may buy it for $80 per set.

Failure to abide by terms of use (except telling me you used my graphics--I can let that slide), pay me for extra services (I expect to find a check in the mail, dammit! Ask me for the services and I will tell you the amount, the name, and the address!), or otherwise being grossly disrespectful in your use of the kaleidoscopics will result in your being Skewered on The Ruby Raspberry of Infamy! You just don't want to find yourself there.

Now, enjoy the graphics, you silly clowns!

No, I don't know what's causing those little gaps in the table. I've wrestled with the source code until I'm blue in the face, and you know what? It still looks that way. If you know what's going on, share with me.
