Basic Navy

Contents: 1 left-border background, 1 divider, 1 banner, 1 bullet, 1 nameplate, 1 combination background tile/blank button, 31 pre-labeled buttons.

Pay special attention! Adding text to these graphics isn't as simple as it is in the other sets. If you need a subtitle that's not included in this set, open up this tile (which you can also use as a full-tiling background for this set, since I don't know the exact hex code) and resample it to the size you need the button to be. Add your text, then apply a rectangular mask to the area immediately around the text. Then, go to the Lighting Effects filter, choose the Texturize mode. Adjust the relief to around -40% or until it is close enough to the rest of the buttons to fit your liking. Set the image exposure and brightness to your satisfaction. Click Okay. Depending on how you set the brightness and image exposure, the color inside your mask will be slightly different from the original color of the tile. I touched up disagreeable color differences using the paint tool set to airbrush mode, but you may find a better way. Save the graphic under the name of your choice. Use a similar procedure for the nameplate, only with a larger font size and please DO NOT resize the nameplate graphic! It won't look right! Also, do realize that none of these graphics are completely transparent. All of them except the banner have a slight inset effect that requires an edge of background to be included. Use them on any other background and they will look bad!

The font used in this set is, and I quote, "Exotc351." See the paragraph above for instructions on adding text, or else your self-labeled buttons won't look a thing like the pre-labeled set!

Get more buttons here! I made a lot! Download the background.
